Go Red For Women is the American Heart Association’s nationwide movement to rally against heart disease while celebrating the energy and courage of women to overcome the threat of cardiovascular-related fatalities. While heart disease is a danger to all Americans, females are actually at higher risk than men.
Each year, 1 in 3 women die of heart disease and stroke. But you can help change that!
Please join us at the Go Red For Women Luncheon and be part of a movement to help raise awareness and save more lives.
Where: Museum of Glass, 1801 Dock Street, Tacoma WA
When: Tuesday, April 28 at 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM
The Go Red For Women movement provides women with tips and information on healthy eating, exercise, and risk factor reduction, such as smoking cessation, weight management, blood pressure control, and managing blood cholesterol levels.
